WARRANTY
• We warrant our furniture to be free of material and workmanship defects for 90 days from the date of purchase for commercial and 1 year for residential use. Accessories are warranted for 90 days.
• We will repair or replace the structure at the discretion of our factory service center. When we repair or replace the vinyl upholstery, we may pro-rate it for wear.
• The warranty applies only to the initial purchaser (with proof of purchase) and who is responsible for shipping the item to the nearest repair station. la-Fête is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
• All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please save damaged boxes until the resolution of the damage has been made. Notification of all damage must
be made within 7 days of the goods being received and photographs of the damaged item or boxes should be included with the claim.
